Job Description
• Plays a critical role in delivering amazing personalized service to our member-owners
• Gets to know our members and helps them complete basic banking transactions deposits, withdrawals, loans and bill payments, demand drafts, credit card, cashing cheques and more
• Promote and sell investment products
• Serve members quickly, efficiently and professionally
• Is friendly, reliable, credible and serve members with honesty and integrity
• Support staff in the delivery of products and services to members
• Have excellent communication skills and value teamwork as essential
• Demonstrate commitment to self-development,
• Have working knowledge of various computer software programs.
