I haven't posted in a while, it was a busy year. Came across this article and realized how much this has been coming up lately in conversation. I have had many discussions with people saying they are waiting for the higher rates to bring the house prices down in Calgary, and I just don't think that is going to happen, have a read. Thoughts?
