Hello everyone,
As an informed individual who keeps a keen eye on the real estate market, I couldn't help but notice some fascinating trends. Housing demand is currently at an all-time high, and it's only expected to keep increasing. With the recent record-breaking immigration numbers for 2022, it's no surprise that the demand for housing is soaring.
However, what caught my attention, even more, was the graphic below that highlights the number of mortgages going into default across Canada. It's alarming, especially when we consider the significant interest rate increases we've witnessed in the past eight months or so. It's definitely a trend worth paying attention to and understanding the potential implications it may have on the housing market.

If I was an investor I would be looking closely at this article below :) Makes tons of sense to me. For the last year or so I have slowly seen the signs of an economy turning the corner to shine!! help wanted signs and optimistic conversations with my clients all around the province with good job opportunities etc.
