Sold! We are so proud of this one! This is our latest flip project in Haysboro. We started this in November 2021 and experienced many challenges along the way such as asbestos, material shortages, labor shortages and poor work by the previous owners. It took nearly 6 months to complete but it has recently sold to a wonderful family and we are so pleased for them.

We’ll be putting the numbers out in a future post but for now we are going to just savor the moment. We always take some time and do a deep dive to help us improve our processes and also talk about what we did well and where we can do better next time. We always want to be at the top of our game for our money partners in order to maximize everyone’s returns.

10 seconds to window glory…want a simple but beautiful way to frame your windows? Try this method.
1) Add your side pieces- top to bottom outside measurements plus 1/4”(we like a 1/8” reveal)
2) add your top and bottom pieces, outside trim measurement plus 1”(1/2” overhang each side)

**Small Brag Post** Our Haysboro flip project is really coming along! I love this stage of the project when all the pieces start coming back together. We are so excited that it’s come together so beautifully after all the supply chain issues and price increases. We can’t wait to get this one on the market and get a beautiful home for a family.
