Happy Thanksgiving Friends. By now your turkey should either be marinated or golden brown. There is just a lot to be thankful for this period. No matter how hard things may seem, there is someone somewhere having it worse and probably more thankful than we are.

May we find reasons to give thanks and look forward with gratitude and confidence even as we get to the end of an “interesting” year.

Meanwhile, recall we have a new baby, triplets actually, literally our short term rental project is our new baby. It took a while to be born but here we are…and the project currently is live and cooing. 🌚

The year was 2019, and getting a landlord in Canada to rent us their house all the way from Nigeria was a massive headache. We obviously lacked the proper documents and had no "verifiable" ties to the country or the city. We eventually got someone who cautiously took a bet on us and this helped ease our transition into the city we now call Home. Looking back, we realized a lot could have been done differently with adequate support and the right folks on the ground.

Therefore, we would love to introduce short-term rentals, dedicated to folks in diaspora, particularly in Nigeria (FOR NOW) looking to move to Canada (Calgary, AB. FOR NOW) with their family and looking for a place to stay from a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 3 months. We currently have 1 Bedroom Condos, 2 Bedroom Secondary Suites and 3/4 Bedroom Single Family homes available. All our apartments are stylishly furnished, pretty much your home away from home. We have a dedicated team that would pick you and your family at the airport in style, and ensure you settle in quickly.

Dreams do come true, but, you have to believe. You naturally can’t successfully work towards something you don’t believe in. It takes work but believing is the first step.

Welcome to June, friends! 🎉🎉

It’s going to be an exciting June over here across the Atlantic, a different kind of summer, one without neighbors snitching on crowd limits and loud cookouts. We hope your summer bodies and summer funds are getting in shape.

Anyways, you all might have noticed lots of depressing headlines about the world economy in the past couple of weeks. Almost every market is currently getting bashed at different degrees, and as depressing as all these might sound and look, one thing you should know is that, this is part of the cycle. Opportunities abound even within the current market trend, but, understandably a lot of folks would rather wait for the this to pass over.

Fortune favors the brave, they say. However, do not go chasing your losses or catching a falling knife. You may need to zoom out, take a break, log off and just enjoy the sunshine. Do whatever works for you and your mental health, because in the end, health is wealth.
