🎓 STUDENT ALERT ‼️ – Bill 3 (Alberta)
Your education journey matters, and so does how you’re recruited.

📘 What’s New?
Alberta’s Bill 3 introduces new rules for Private Colleges and student marketers.
➡️ Colleges can no longer pay referral or commission fees for each student.
➡️ Marketers and agents must follow transparency and ethics rules.
➡️ The goal: protect students from misleading or aggressive recruiting.

⚠️ Is Bill 3 Already Implemented?

Not yet.
Bill 3 was introduced on October 28, 2025, but it has not taken effect yet.
If passed, it will come into force in 2026, after final approval and proclamation by the Government of Alberta (source: alberta.ca).

This means that current recruitment agreements and processes still follow existing rules, but Career Plus is already aligning with the new ethical standards to stay ahead of the law.
