Locked, loaded and ready to buy

02/09/2026

🏡 PURCHASED | 8 Mountain Top Court, Mons

Another fantastic purchase secured for our local buyers — under the hammer at auction.

Their brief was incredibly clear:

✅ 1,000m²+ block
✅ Four bedrooms or more
✅ Two bathrooms
✅ Multiple living zones
✅ High ceilings
✅ Swimming pool
✅ Double lock-up garage
✅ A functional, flowing floorplan
✅ Mons or Buderim
✅ Positioned in a quality, high-growth location
✅ Immediate equity on purchase

Most importantly, the flow of the floorplan was paramount. They weren’t simply looking for a property that ticked boxes on paper — the home needed to feel right, with multiple living zones, strong indoor-outdoor connection and enough space to suit them long term.

8 Mountain Top Court, Mons delivered.

A big thank you to Jake at Ray White, who provided us with pre-market access to the property. This gave us plenty of time to inspect thoroughly, complete our due diligence, understand the property and its value, and prepare our auction strategy well before auction day.

When the property went to auction, we knew exactly where we stood and what our plan was.

That strategy was executed seamlessly on the day, allowing us to secure the property under the hammer with confidence and discipline.

One of the things our clients appreciated most was having the pressure of bidding removed from them. Auction day can become incredibly emotional when it’s a home you genuinely want. Being able to step back, trust the strategy and let us handle the bidding took an enormous amount of stress out of the process.

And probably the best way to sum up the whole experience is in their own words:

“If you are struggling to find somewhere, I would highly recommend these guys. We went from tired/fed-up and hating the search to turning it into a pleasant experience again after engaging these guys.”

That’s the result we aim for — not simply securing the right property, but making the entire buying experience easier, clearer and far less stressful along the way.

A brilliant result for our buyers, a home that closely matched the brief and, importantly, a purchase we believe delivered immediate equity from day one.

A little VIP pre-market access this week 👀🏡

I had the opportunity to inspect a cracking property in Palmview Forest prior to it hitting the market, as a VIP guest of Amy Skinner and Mason Hayward from First National Real Estate Lifestyle – Sippy Downs.

This one immediately stood out.

Sitting on a beautifully established 2,162m² parcel, the architecturally designed home by Nick Hayes Constructions offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple living areas, home office and excellent garaging/storage.

Some of my favourite features:

👌 Polished concrete floors and a really strong architectural feel
🔥 Fireplace anchoring the main living area
👨‍🍳 Stone kitchen with butler's pantry and integrated appliances
🍻 Huge connection from the living area straight onto the alfresco, complete with outdoor kitchen
🏊‍♂️ In-ground pool surrounded by established tropical gardens
🌴 Privacy, greenery and over half an acre of land — while still being incredibly central

Palmview Forest is a pocket I really enjoy. You get larger lifestyle blocks, established vegetation and that feeling of being tucked away, while remaining close to Sippy Downs, schools, shops and the broader central Sunshine Coast.

This is exactly why relationships with local agents matter.

Sometimes the best opportunity for our buyers is the one we can inspect before the wider market even knows it exists.

Thanks Amy and Mason for the VIP look through. 🙌

SECURED AT AUCTION 🏡🔨

📍 8 Mountain Top Court, Mons

This one will stay with me for a very long time.

Today, we secured an incredible family home at auction for two of the loveliest people you could ever have the pleasure of working with.

Set on a private and beautifully usable 2,000m² parcel, this exceptional Mons residence offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four separate living zones, a swimming pool, three-car accommodation, wonderful outdoor entertaining and peaceful hinterland views.

More importantly, it is the home our amazing buyers truly deserve.

Before engaging us, they had spent months searching, personally explored more than 80 properties and missed out through several competitive multiple-offer situations. They had experienced firsthand just how emotional, challenging and rapidly changing this market can be.

To hear them say they are absolutely thrilled with the result and that they couldn’t have done it without our guidance makes every hour of hard work worthwhile.

We did the numbers.

We completed the due diligence.

We leaned on our trusted industry partners.

We developed the auction strategy, prepared for every possible scenario and arrived knowing exactly how we intended to execute the plan.

We carried excitement—not fear—into the auction, put the paddle in the air and watched the strategy come together seamlessly.

This is genuinely one of the most personally rewarding auction purchases of my career.

We are incredibly fortunate to play such an important role in people’s lives. Helping wonderful people secure a home they love—after such a long and difficult journey—is exactly why we do what we do.

A huge congratulations to our amazing buyers. You remained positive, trusted the process and thoroughly deserved this result.

Welcome home! 🥂🏡

🏡 PURCHASED | 2 Monarch Place, Mons

Another incredible result for our clients and a perfect example of why the right strategy matters.

Our clients came to us with a clear vision. They had 12 key criteria that their next home needed to meet, and they were committed to waiting for the right opportunity rather than settling.
Throughout their search, we inspected and presented 15 carefully selected properties across pre-market, off-market and on-market opportunities. Each inspection helped refine the brief until the perfect property became available.

This beautiful acreage home in Mons ticked every single box:
✔️ Private 2-acre allotment
✔️ Five bedrooms
✔️ Multiple living areas
✔️ Quality finishes throughout
✔️ Peaceful bushland outlook
✔️ Minutes to Buderim and the Sunshine Coast lifestyle our clients were seeking

🏡 Why They Chose COAST Property Buyers

When it came time to make one of life's biggest financial decisions, our clients didn't choose a buyers agent lightly.

They spent weeks researching buyers agencies, comparing services, reading reviews, speaking with Buyers Agnets, and seeking recommendations from local community forums. They wanted more than just someone who could inspect properties and send listings.

They were looking for:

✅ Proven experience in the Sunshine Coast market
✅ Genuine local area and property knowledge
✅ Demonstrated negotiation skills with real-world examples
✅ Consistent 5-star reviews
✅ Recommendations from people who had already walked the journey

After their research, they chose COAST Property Buyers.

Fast forward to today, and we're proud to have secured their property and delivered an outstanding negotiation result on their behalf.

The reality is that finding the right property is only half the battle. Knowing where value exists, understanding the market, identifying risks, and negotiating strategically can make a significant difference to the outcome. Add to the stress a lack of area knowledge, little experience in the purchase process and lacking an A-Team of professional services in their corner, the search felt overwhelming. The whole process was made stress free when engaging COAST.

We're incredibly grateful for the trust our clients place in us and for the referrals and reviews that continue to support our business.

If you're considering buying on the Sunshine Coast and want experienced professionals in your corner, we'd love to have a chat.
