Homeowners have been affected by the RBA Cash Rate increase which is effective as of 29/9/26.

Fixed homes loans will not be affected however the Variable Home Loans will be.

Inflation continues to be a real problem for mortgage holders, who are struggling with the cost of living.

Some loans may be entitled to a reduced interest rate. As your situation improves and equity builds in your home, you may be in a much better position than you realise.
