The Homebush Village Market has started!

Come down for some family fun with free face painting until 1:30pm, some of the different stalls that have set up and of course the local small businesses (cafes and restaurants) just around the corner.

Organised by Rotary Carols on the Common, a joint committee composed of members from the Rotary Club of North Ryde and the Rotary Club of Macquarie Park, save the date for December 13, in what will be an amazing night of family entertainment and one of Sydney's largest Christmas Carols.

As we close the 2026 financial year, we reflect on our first full financial year of building on the legacy for the North Ryde branch as its new operators, while at the same time expanding our community engagement from our Homebush branch.

We oversaw over $188,000 of new community investments, bringing our total community investments across the two branches to more than $1.5M!

Some of the major achievements have been the unveiling the new mural at North Ryde Public School, partnering with charity, Child Abuse Prevention Service, to roll out their better in class, child abuse protection programme for families at the North Ryde Community Preschool and became the principal sponsor for 2RRR enabling them to sustain their Youth and Rehabilitation Programmes.

In addition, we continue supporting our local Homebush community, by continuing to support Homebush Public School awards and act as a main supporter for the Homebush Vibes and the new Homebush Market Trials. We were also overjoyed by Strathfield Council's recognition in their inaugural Community and Business Awards as the very first Business Excellence Award winner! 🏆

With existing and these new investments, the Community Bank helps more than 450 families each year.
