Breaking News for First Home Buyers!
The Government has just announced that the new Home Guarantee Scheme rules will come into effect much earlier from 1 October 25.
In a nutshell this means:
* No income threshold making more first home buyers eligible
* Unlimited spots now available
* Higher property price caps across the country with ACT increased from $750k to $1m and Sydney increased to $1.5m

This is a game changer for first home buyers struggling to save up to 20% deposit.
