An unforgettable evening with Rick and Sass Stein.

We were delighted to host an intimate evening for some of our investors and special guests, bringing together our Investment Management team with Rick and Sass Stein for a memorable experience centred on exceptional food, warm hospitality, and meaningful conversation.

While Rick and Sass were extraordinary guests, the true highlight was the opportunity for our investors to connect directly with our Investment Management team in such an engaging and personal setting.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. Events like these create memorable experiences that stay with us long after the last course is served.

Last week, members of the Salter Brothers Sydney team joined Habitat for Humanity Australia's Brush with Kindness corporate volunteering program, helping paint a house that will soon provide accommodation for people supported by the Aboriginal Women & Children's Crisis Service.

The Service works with Aboriginal women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, helping them access safety, support and practical assistance when they need it most.

Thank you to Habitat for Humanity and the Aboriginal Women & Children's Crisis Service for having us and for the important work you do in our community.

We are pleased to welcome Kevin Milner to the Salter Brothers Asset Management team.

In his new role, Kevin will work across our hotel portfolio, supporting its ongoing growth and performance. He joins us with extensive experience across finance, procurement and food & beverage management, having held senior leadership roles within the hospitality industry.

Kevin joins us at an exciting time as our hotel portfolio continues to grow and we strengthen our asset management team.

Last week, our team spent the day volunteering at The Salvation Army's Magpie Nest Café, part of Melbourne Project 614.
Project 614 supports more than 500 people every day through practical assistance, community programs and outreach services, while the Magpie Nest Café serves up to 3,000 meals each week.

From welcoming customers and serving meals to preparing food, clearing tables and distributing donated clothing and supplies, it was a rewarding opportunity to support the local community and learn more about the important work being done by the team.

A big thank you to The Salvation Army for welcoming us and sharing more about the impact of your work.

We recently spent a day volunteering with RSPCA Victoria and gained a deeper appreciation for the incredible work that goes on behind the scenes to support animals in need.

As Australia's leading animal welfare organisation, the RSPCA plays an important role in protecting and caring for animals through rescue, rehabilitation, adoption and education programs. Much of this work is made possible by dedicated volunteers. At RSPCA Victoria alone, 1,391 volunteers donated an incredible 114,405 hours of their time in 2025, showing just how much of a difference volunteers make every day.

From learning about animal rescue investigations and touring the veterinary clinic to helping with preparations for a site move, the day gave us valuable insight into the many ways RSPCA Victoria supports vulnerable animals. Spending time with the animals was a highlight too, from feeding chickens to walking sheep and dogs.

A big thank you to the RSPCA Victoria team for welcoming us and sharing your passion, knowledge and dedication with us throughout the day.

NAIDOC Week is a time to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of First Nations peoples, and to reflect on the importance of home, community and belonging.

This week, members of the Salter Brothers team joined Habitat for Humanity's Brush with Kindness corporate volunteering program, helping to paint an apartment that will soon provide safe and welcoming accommodation for people supported by Elizabeth Morgan House.

Taking part during NAIDOC Week was a meaningful reminder of the role that housing, safety and community play in people's lives.
