Smart refinancing is about restructuring your loan properly, not just chasing headlines or hoping rates come down.

This Christmas, we want to share a story that touched our hearts. ❤️
In 2025 we met a single mum with young kids. She worked so hard, she cared so much, but found help in obtaining a loan so hard. She felt stuck and it wasn’t until another of our clients introduced her to me that life changed!
So together, we made a plan. A simple plan with small steps.
Month by month, goal by goal, we worked as a team until she was finally ready.
And after 12 months… her loan was approved.
In late November she picked up the keys to her new home.
She went straight there with her boys, pulled up the old carpet, and started making it their own.
And now, just in time for Christmas, her family will wake up in their home — safe, happy and proud.
We talk a lot about “why we do what we do.”
This is it.
Helping good people.
Standing with them.
Seeing dreams come true after so much effort and courage.
We are so proud of her.
We are so proud of our Bayside team.
And we are grateful for every family we worked with in 2025.

This year gave me a moment I will never forget. ❤️

In 2025, I met a single mum with two young kids at one of our Bayside workshops. She told me that by November, she would have nowhere to live. No help. No options. No hope.

But together — with her bravery and our Bayside team supporting her — we found a way.
And in November, she walked into her very first home.
It was one of the best days I have ever had in this job. Seeing her smile, seeing her kids safe… it meant everything.

Moments like this remind me why we do what we do.
Helping people. Standing with them.
Making the “impossible” possible.

To everyone we worked with in 2025, thank you for trusting us.
