Last Friday I took part in the Fight Fit Challenge 28. I accomplished something I never thought I could do, jumping in the ring and making it through 3 rounds of boxing.

I would like to take the time to say a massive thank you to This could not have been done without the weekly recovery sessions and ice baths 💪🏼💪🏼

Another big thank you to my trainer for the weekly sparring sessions and advice throughout the past 8 weeks. Without your support I wouldn't have accomplished what I did 🥊

Faisal and the team These past 8 weeks have pushed me both physically and mentally and without the support from you all I couldn't have done it. Thank you for organising such a great challenge and for your guidance throughout!
