An accomplished insurance executive, Lindah brings extensive leadership experience across the Old Mutual Group in Zimbabwe and West Africa, having previously served as Head of Distribution for Old Mutual West Africa and Chief Operations Officer for Old Mutual Ghana, where she contributed to strategic alignment, business growth and operational excellence.

An accomplished legal professional with a passion for corporate governance and regulatory compliance, Beatrice brings valuable expertise in strengthening governance frameworks, promoting accountability and supporting responsible corporate leadership.

A Certified Professional Director through the Directors Association of South Africa, she serves as a Non-Executive Director on several boards in Zimbabwe, contributing her legal and governance expertise to strategic decision-making and organisational oversight.

Beatrice is also the co-author of the Directors Handbook in Zimbabwe and a regular contributor to national publications on corporate governance, helping advance conversations around effective board leadership and regulatory responsibility.

She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town and an LLB (Honours) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
