Important Information for Funeral Claims
To ensure a smooth process for your funeral claim, please have the following documents ready:
1️⃣ Policy Document
2️⃣ Burial Order obtained from the Registrar of Births and Deaths or equivalent, as proof of death, along with one of the following:-
- Notice of death from the attending doctor
- Proof of death certified by the responsible authority (e.g., police officer)
3️⃣ Policy holder or claimant's National ID
