POWER HOUSE MOTIVATION

They say "Where there is high risk, there is high return" but as a GREAT entrepreneur, bear in mind that not all risks are worthy taking. Take culculated risks, dont expect immediate profits since it is very possible to make 'profitable loses', zero/normal profits or slight profits in the short run. What is important in entrepreneurship is the possibility of making great profits in the long run given you make serious consideration of the basic business fundamendals including intensive marketing, good location (whether physical and/or virtual), the best human capital pool just to mention a few. Sleepless nights now might be of strategising but sooner or letter they will be of counting money and balancing of complicated transactions of your business. At this stage, dont consider yourself successful and begin to have a lavish lifestyle, it takes discipline, dedication,commitment, focus and and vision alignment keeping a simple principle of the devorce between ownership and control for a great entrepreneur to go beyond this stage.

How IIZ works
We have centres in Harare, Mutare and Masvingo where business plans of interested individuals are scrutnised and analysed by business intelectuals (moguls) and those with possibilities of success are funded and closely monitored for them to be fruitful and create jobs for our fellow Zimbabweans.
