Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Strong understanding of financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
