-Must be 27 years and older.
-Must be very good with personal selling and managing relationships.
-Must be aggressive enough to meet monthly targets.
-Must be a "people person" who is able to engage clients with enthusiasm.
-Proven experience in marketing is a must.
-Experience in banking or microfinance is an added advantage.
-A bachelor's degree in the commercial field is an advantage.
