2026 GRADUATION LIST - 2ND & FINAL DRAFT

The Second Draft List for all graduating students is available for review at the following link: https://www.zibfs.com/brochures-other-downloads-graduation/.

All eligible graduating students are advised to review the 2nd draft of the Graduation List and promptly inform the Institute if any names are misspelled or omitted. Please submit any corrections to the Institute by Monday, 16 February 2026, after which the list will be finalized for the printing of certificates. Please note that any costs arising from corrections or replacement certificates due to non-communication by the graduates will be the responsibility of the respective graduates.

The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows:
DATE: SATURDAY, 14TH MARCH 2026
VENUE: New Government Complex, Lusaka.
TIME: 08:30hrs

COMPULSORY GRADUATION FEES:
Please note that the graduation fee is COMPULSORY, whether one attends the Graduation Ceremony or not. The deadline for graduation registration is 28th February 2026, by way of paying the 2026 annual membership subscription fee and the graduation fee.
The applicable fees have been shared separately.

2026 GRADUATION LIST - 1st Draft

The 1st draft list for all graduating students is available for review by clicking the following link: https://www.zibfs.com/brochures-other-downloads-graduation/.

All students who are eligible to graduate are advised to check the list and promptly notify the Institute if any of the names are wrongly spelled or if they have been completely omitted from the list. This feedback should be given to the Institute by 31st January 2026, to prepare for the generation of the final graduation list.

The Graduation Ceremony will be held as follows:

DATE: SATURDAY, 14TH MARCH 2026
VENUE: New Government Complex, Next to Lusaka Museum, Lusaka.
TIME: 08:30hours

DECEMBER 2025 EXAM RESULTS NOTICE (ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL)

ATT: EXAMINATION CANDIDATES - DECEMBER 2025 SESSION

Please be informed that the examination results for December 2025, covering all academic and professional programmes, have been published online through the student portal as of Thursday, 22nd January 2026, at 17:00hrs.

Note that all statements of results from the examination are available online. Should you encounter any difficulties accessing the results online, please reach out to the Institute via email at [email protected] and [email protected] for support.

To print your Examination Statement of Results for December 2025, follow the instructions provided below:
1. Click the Student System Link: https://stureco.zibfs.com:8443/STURECO/login.php
2. The Student Management System will open with a login screen.
3. For the username: Enter your membership number (without ZA)
4. If you have not yet changed your password, use the default password in full as test1234
5. When you have managed to log on using the default password, please change your password on "Account Settings" menu item.
6. To access your results' slip, click on "Examinations", and then on "Results". Your detailed statement of results will show.
7. To print the Statement of Results, press the "Control" and "P" buttons on your keyboard.

Students are not obligated to pick up examination results from the Institute offices unless there is an error that needs correction. Additionally, the Institute will not mail or post any result statements to students. All examination results can be accessed online.

Registration for the April 2026 examinations and the 2026 Graduation Ceremony is currently underway. The 1st Draft Graduation List will be published by Monday 26th January 2026 for confirmation of details.
