Front Office Administrator

The job will initially be for a 1 year contract renewable based on performance.

The role will have a direct reporting line to the Sales and Administration Manager.

Role profile:
The job involves direct walk in customer interaction and attending to customer queries and requests including receiving loan applications.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must.
The role will also involve creating new customer profiles and loading loans approved in the Loan Management System.
Managing and ensuring day to day office supplies are in order.
Any other assignments as prescribed by the direct report.

Qualifications:
1. Full Grade 12 certificate.
2. Minimum of any business related Certificate/diploma.
3. Previous work experience will be an added advantage.
