FAKE LIFE WILL BE THE DEATH OF SOME OF US

Listen to this story. It might make you look at your own life differently.

Three days ago, I was on my off days from the hospital. Being a doctor doesn’t always mean life is financially comfortable. 😅

On my days off, I usually use my car to do Yango so I can cover a few expenses here and there. After all, as a civil servant, the last week of the month can get very interesting. 😂

In fact, we call it “Injury Week.” đŸ„Č

That day, I picked up two young ladies. They were beautifully dressed, looking classy and confident. After a little conversation, I discovered they were heading to Protea Hotel.

I remember thinking to myself:

“Wow! Some people are really enjoying life. Meanwhile, I’m here trying to figure out how to survive until payday.” 😂

Anyway, I drove them to their destination.

When we arrived, something happened that completely changed the way I looked at the situation.

As they were getting out of the car, I overheard one of them say to the other:

“I hope the waiters won’t stop us from taking pictures and videos. I think they’re getting tired of us because last time we didn’t buy anything.”

They both laughed, paid their fare and walked into the hotel.

I drove away.

But their words stayed with me.

And I started thinking

How many people are living like this?

How many people wake up, dress up, borrow money, travel to expensive places, take pictures, create videos and post them online—not because they are actually enjoying the experience, but because they want people to THINK they are enjoying life?

We have become so obsessed with appearances that we sometimes spend money we don’t have to impress people who don’t even care about us.

We rent cars we can’t afford.

We wear clothes bought on credit.

We take pictures in places we cannot afford to eat.

We post luxury while struggling privately.

We create a beautiful life for social media while our real life is falling apart.

We fake it when we’re not actually making it.

And the saddest part?

We are often doing all of this to impress people who are busy pretending too.

Think about that.

You are trying to impress someone who is also trying to impress someone else.

What a dangerous cycle.

Social media has made it easy to confuse looking successful with actually becoming successful.

But here’s the truth:

Nobody is coming to save you.

The likes won’t pay your bills.

The views won’t build your business.

The expensive-looking pictures won’t change your financial situation.

And pretending to have money won’t make you wealthy.

Stop spending your energy maintaining an image and start investing that energy into building your reality.

If you don’t have money, learn a skill.

If you have a business, grow it.

If you’re employed, improve yourself.

If you’re struggling financially, don’t be ashamed—work on it.

If you’re starting from zero, start from zero.

There is absolutely no shame in being a work in progress.

The shame is spending your entire life pretending you’ve already arrived.

Don’t waste your precious time trying to convince strangers that you’re successful.

Go quietly.

Work.

Learn.

Save.

Build.

Fail.

Try again.

Stay disciplined.

And one day, you won’t need to post that you’re winning.

Your life will speak for you.

This is not a message about those two ladies.

It is a message to all of us—including myself.

Let’s stop living for people’s opinions.

Let’s stop chasing validation.

Let’s stop creating fake realities.

Let’s stop wanting everything on a silver platter.

Build the life you keep pretending to have.

Whatever you’re doing to improve your life, do it with all your strength.

Do it consistently.

Do it even when nobody is watching.

Because one day, the same people you’re trying to impress won’t matter.

But the life you built will.

Don’t fake it. Build it.

HEY DOCđŸ©ș..

I HAVE A QUESTION...
*CAN MALE S***M CAUSE WOMEN TO GAIN WEIGHT AFTER HAVING S*X ALOT?*

This is a Myth😂
No—male s***m itself does not cause women to gain weight.

■LET ME EXPLAIN
🔬 Why s***m does not cause weight gain
S***m volume is extremely small (a few milliliters) and contains negligible calories which are responsible for weight gain.

There is no hormone in s***m that can directly cause fat accumulation or weight gain in women.

Medically, no evidence links exposure to semen with increased body weight.

đŸ€” So why do some women notice weight gain in relationships?

Weight changes that happen after becoming sexually active or entering a relationship are usually due to other factors, such as:

●HORMONAL CONTRACEPTION
Pills, injectables (e.g. Depo-Provera), implants, or hormonal IUDs can increase appetite or cause fluid retention which causes weight gain.
When Women start Having S*x they Start Using Contraception.

●PREGNANCY
Early pregnancy can cause weight changes, bloating, or increased appetite.

LIFESTYLE CHANGES
Eating more together, reduced physical activity and reduced stress and comfort In a relationship causes weight Gain.
