I wonder how many of our people in our industry are familiar with immigration policy at the ministry of home affairs and the investment/labour laws at the ministry of labour.
Well,if you ain't aware they categorically state that an investor must come with less than four expatriates to aid him in the running of the company. And these exparts are not suppose to do a local persons job.
But here the story is different with have expatriates working as inspectors/dealers pitboss which is not fair and these people get a lot of salary compared to a local person.
Government must be very strict with these policy.
Moreover most expatriates don't have work permits to work here in Zambia.
Wake up from your slumber guys.
