This notice serves to inform unit holders of Laurence Unit Trust (LPUT) that AMG Global Trust Limited, the Trustee for Laurence Unit Trust, with the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission appointed Longhorn Associates Limited as the Interim Manager of Laurence Paul Unit Trusts.

Following the appointment of Longhorn Associates Limited, all the affairs of LUT will be managed by the Interim Manager and not Laurence Paul Investment Services Limited.

The appointment of the Interim Manager is in accordance with the Securities Act No. 41 of 2016, Securities (Collective Investment Schemes) Rules, Statutory Instrument No.161 of 1993 and is intended to secure the interests of the investors.

Unit holders of Laurence Paul Unit Trust will be communicated to in due course on the operational modalities going forward including details on the virtual EGM that will be held shortly.

Visit longhorn-associates.com, click "Apply Online," complete your KYC details, upload the required documents and hit Submit. Your account is opened within 48 hours.

2. On the LuSE App
Download the LuSE App from the Play Store, select Longhorn as your broker, and complete the registration. All on your phone, start to finish.

Mwamba does IT work in Lusaka. Just like YOU! He finished a big job for a mining company. He sent the bill, K280,000. They said they would pay in 90 days.

But his rent was due in 14 days. His staff needed their salaries too.

He did the work. Now he was the one struggling, just because a big client pays slowly.

So he brought us the bill. We paid him in 48hrs! When the mining company paid later, we settled. He never had to chase anyone.
