BACKGROUND
MyPay Financial Solutions Limited is Zambian registered Financial Solutions company providing a state of state-of-the art mobile wallet to the Zambian market is looking to extend its services to other areas of the country and therefore, seeks to employ highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join its team as DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVES.

JOB ROLE
This position will be responsible for driving sales for customer, Agent and Merchant sales. The suitable candidates should be highly motivated and self-starters with a passion for sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with potential clients to determine their mobile wallet needs alleviate and their concerns.
• Educate customers about the features and advantages of our mobile wallet services
• Collaborate with other sales team members in client recruitment.
• Deal with the technical aspects of the customer on-boarding process.
• Ability to close sales; follow up customer referrals and leads and convert into actual sales.
• Develop and maintain prospect and customer databases.
• Analyse sales activity to identify opportunities for business development.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Attending Sales and performance review meetings.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
• Self-motivated and driven by targets.
• Strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 GCE ‘O’ Level education with a minimum credit in English and Mathematics
• A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage but is not a must.
• Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate and generally technology savvy
