Sales Officer – x 3 (Eastern, Lusaka and Southern Province)
Job Description
We are looking to employ sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officers to oversee our sales teams and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales. The sales officer's responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports. You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.
To be successful as a sales officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of industry regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding sales officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.
Sales Officer Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Sales Officer Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Should possess a valid driving license
Customer Care Representative x 3 (Lusaka Province}
We are hiring customer service representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process modifications and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing applications and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Diploma in Sales/Marketing, General education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
Assistant Sales Officers x 3 (Eastern, Lusaka and Southern Province)
We are looking for a competitive Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales Assistant duties include selling and marketing. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all company’s policies and procedures
