HNJ Ventures is a growing Zambian company committed to delivering excellence across our operations. We’re looking for a sharp, organized Personal Assistant to support our management team and keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements within Zambia and abroad
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally in English
- Prepare presentations with accuracy
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems and confidential records
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
- Support basic office admin
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and government agencies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in secretarial work or as a Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent written and spoken English. Bemba or Nyanja is an added advantage
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
