Job descriptions:
(LOAN OFFICERS)
-Loan officers assist individuals and organizations applying for loans.
-offer loan products that best address the borrower’s needs and inform them of the documents required to process the loan.
- the loan officer will be responsible for educating applicants about the firm’s loan packages, governing interest rates, and payment terms.
- You will gather applicant information and work with the underwriting team to manage credit risk.
- You must maintain a deep understanding of the existing lending rules and regulations.
- Success in this role will be demonstrated by identifying qualified borrowers and closing loan applications to minimize non-performing loans and to increase interest income.
- Reviews and processes incoming loan requests
- Monitors borrower accounts and follows up on loan payments
- Maintains accurate and complete loan files
- Provides a thorough response to loan inquiries & Identifies lending opportunities
- Gathers loan applications and requirements
- Facilitates periodic borrower assessment and Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of loan offerings
REQUIRED:
-must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
-Strong analytical skills
-Outstanding communication skills
Qualifications
-Grade 12 school certificate
-Must be 25 years and not older than 35 years old
-preffered candidates must be in chawama, koumboka,kamwala south,kuku, johnward johnleing or jack compound.
(LENDING MANAGER)
Job description:
The lending Manager will be the head of a lending, loan or credit department.
- The role involves approving loans and lending terms, and ensuring that their department doesn't hand out too many loans at once.
- Lending Managers must ensure that all Lending Officers under their charge comply with government regulations, which may require teaching them about industry standards and reporting any updates.
- Reviewing current loans and records of repayments to calculate and maintain overall lending amounts.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve loan department efficiency and meet sales targets.
- Supervising and training Lending Officers who process loan applications.
- Generating new business.
- Recruiting lending staff.
- Coordinating and scheduling work for employees to reduce processing-times for loan applications.
