Born in Lusaka, Zambia, Maxwell's diverse upbringing fuels his commitment to global dynamics, reflected in his pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, French, and Diplomacy. Holding a certificate in Basic Computer Programming and Communication from the University of Leeds, he furthered his expertise with a specialized Certificate in Contract Management from the University of Southampton and a Certificate In Political Science from Saylor Academy.
Maxwell, also Assistant Director at Kingvile Oil and Construction Limited, champions peace and global security as the Director of Peace and Global Security at Youth Unite Zambia. Internationally, he serves as an Ambassador for the Institute of Economics and Peace in Australia.
Recognized for advocating national unity, Maxwell is a representative for the Advocacy for National Unity and Identity Organization. Certified as an African 2063 Ambassador, he actively contributes to Africa's development and holds the title of a certified International Volunteer, showcasing his commitment to global community service.
