Are you a motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Valley Reak Property Consultants Limited is looking for three (3) Sales Personnel to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Market and sell company properties and real estate services.
* Generate and follow up on leads.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Conduct property viewings and site visits.
* Negotiate sales and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

* Grade 12 Certificate (minimum).
* Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
