I had the most incredible experience recently at a shop in Lusaka called Ntemba 24, and I just had to share it with all of you! This place is renowned for its outstanding customer service, and there's one thing that makes it truly stand out – the infectious smiles every customer receives from the sales personnel around the shop.
Now, I used to wonder how it was even possible for all the staff there to be so welcoming and genuinely friendly. In most places, we often encounter some people who pretend to be nice but later reveal their true colors.
