While we are looking for experienced TRACERS, anyone with assoicated work experience (e.g. Call Centre Agents and persons who have worked in a Debt Recovery position) may apply because full training will be provided. Some experience is necessary but 1. Full training is provided, 2. You must have matric. 3. You must be computer literate. 4

We are ALWAYS looking for additional investigators. However, FSG is a FORENSIC INVESTIGATION PRATICE and the criteria for entry into our business to work as an INVESTIGATOR are tough. First, you need a matric. Second, you need at least a graduate degree in a field that can assist you as an investigator. Relevant qualifications include the likes of commernce, economics, accounting, auditing, law, criminology, and others. Third, you must meet the criteria to become PSIRA registered. Fourth, your must meet the criteria to become an associate member of the Institute of Certified Forensic Practitioners. Fifth, you must have a driver's licence. Sixth, you may not have any criminal convictions. Seventh, your must be professionally fluent in English. Eighth, your must be fully computer literate. Nineth, whatever qualifications you have, you MUST WANT to use them to develop a career as a FORENSIC INVESTIGATOR. Tenth, you need to understand that, at whatever level you enter FSG as a INVESTIGATOR, it is going to take at least ONE YEAR of orientation for you to become a productive INVESTIGATOR for FSG. If you think you have what it takes (on condition you meet the TEN criteria for entry) - and if your accept that developing a successful career as a FORENSIC INVESTIGATOR requiries that you work long hours, involves constantly working under pressure and subject to deadlines, requires compliance with productivity targets, means using every moment of every day as productively as possile, requires a geniune WORK ETHIC, means maintaining the highest levels of INTEGRITY and HONESTY, and means using every opportunity as an occassion to acquire new knowledge - THEN send your detailed CV and motivation to me personally to [email protected] for consideration.

FSG has been conspicuously absent from our Face Book page for far too long. It is not that we do not care or do not want to use this medium to 1) Attract clients, 2) Find people to fill vacancies, 3) Identify suppliers and service providers (we are especially interested in supporting black-owned SME and micro enterprises, and 4) Make ourselves known and engage with anyone who would like to know more about us. Instead, we have been absent from Face Book because 1) We have been extremely busy, 2) We are lucky to have been trading for 36 years such that we receive so much referral business that we do not have to go our and look for work and, 3) We have been concentrating our marketing efforts by reaching out to existing clients to request their ongoing referral to new clients. But, please don't loose faith in us. If you do not get a response to anything you post/send to our Face Book page, email us to [email protected], because you will receive a swift response if you do.

Our hearts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters in KZN who have lost their lives, their loved ones, their livelihoods, their property, and their belongings because of the floods of the last few days. We stare in horror at the devastating mud slides, the people, the homes, the property and the belongings that were washed away by swollen rivers, by mudslides and by flooded roads. And we are furious! We are furious at government and government officials who live lavishly and safely from the taxes they take from us, but who allow our infrastructure to fall into disrepair such that just a few days of hard rain leave our people dead, missing, homeless and without possessions, that leave communities cut off from each other because bridges have collapsed and roads have washed away, that leave children and educators either stuck at schools they cannot leave or without schools that they cannot access to find at least a bit of shelter. We are heartsore and ashamed, and we encourage all to do what we are doing. It is not much, but we grabbed spades and shovels, we took what vehicles we had that could still be driven and we loaded them with every able-bodied employee of FSG - along with whatever spare goods we had (water, food, blankets, plastic sheets ... whatever) and we drove the streets of our neighborhood to help anyone who needed it - even if that was to only shovel sand into a sinkhole to try stop more damage. We are right to be furious with our officials, BUT THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR FURY. That can come later. The immediate need is to reach out to anyone in need that we can help, and share what we have even if it means that we must go with less for a while. It is a time when uBuntu must be our most powerful gift to each other. It is a time when all people and organizations who can help others MUST do so. It is a time for faith and prayer (no matter Who or What we call God), and a time for generous assistance and love no matter all the reasons we have to be angry and sad. Brothers and sisters, BE BRAVE and be the best version of yourself. Do not be afraid! Instead, be confident that YOU will help others and that OTHERS will help you!

"We have not posted anything to our FB page for ages! I feel like the marketing gurus are are giving me a very sharp rap on the knuckles. However, FSG is thriving and busier than ever. We are also about to publish a new website at www.fsgforensics.co.za (our old website has been removed because it was horribly old-fashioned and out-dated) that will be integrated with our FB page. While FSG is more of a B2B service provider, we nonetheless wish to encourage our clients to POST their experience of retaining FSG on FB. Our website fill be formal, but our FB page is where we encourage clients to interact with us informally - and perhaps to even have a bit of fun. Join us!

Our CEO was recently awarded the prestigious official accreditation of (FP)SA (Forensic Practitioner, South Africa). A visit to the website of the Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners (ICFP) will inform that to earn this accreditation it is necessary to have an appropriate Bachelors' degree PLUS a post-graduate qualification like a Diploma in Forensic Auditing PLUS at least 10 years' work experience as a commercial forensic practitioner. .
