You’ve found your dream investment home and you have intentions to buy it, however credit is an obstacle. Here is how I can assist you or your clients open the door to homeownership.

Step 1: Credit Report
We need to see your current credit status and we do this by obtaining your credit report from SA’s 3 major credit bureaus, Transunion, Experian and XDS.

Step 2: Determine Your Affordability
We then calculate your buying power and we do this by adding your income streams. And thereafter issue you with your buyers certificate and this certificate will determine your buying power.

Step 3: Credit Rehabilitation
For only R1600 once off signup fee and R350 monthly subscription, we do the following to get you ‘Bond ready’:

* Full credit report from the credit bureaus mentioned above.
* Full personal credit assessment with action plan.
* Unlimited removal of prescribed debt and unauthorised enquiries.
* Unlimited disputes to the credit bureaus.
Improvement of credit score.
* Removal from debt review (additional costs apply).
* Monthly one on one virtual coaching sessions
* Unlimited updating paid up letter accounts and
* Access to our credit builder facility.

Or alternatively to step 3,

Step 4: Join our Rent to Buy Program
Armed with your credit report, buyers certificate and credit assessment action plan, we negotiate with the seller/agent for a rent to buy agreement. Please be aware that there is a deposit that is needed to be paid to the seller/agent for this negotiation to happen. You will rent the property you wish to buy (for 6 or 12 months depending on the agreement with the seller/agent) while we are rehabilitating your credit and towards the end of the lease once you are ‘bond ready’, we will help you with your bond application.
