DS Projects & Maintenance (Pty) Ltd has the full Right To Terminate Any Service Delivery in the event where the Relationship Between ourselves and our Former Client has been Compromised. due to Slander & Defemation of Character or any Threatening Approaches from our Former Client where trust was compromised, Refusing to Render a Service in a Detrimental Space , We also have the full Rights to Break down your Material Cost as well as our (Cost To Company) in the event where Termination takes place and the Client was The Cause or Chose in Good faith To do so. The Onus is on the Client to Remedy the Contractor for Breach of Contract or Cancellation thereof as per The Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. DS Projects In Good faith Accepts a 25% of the Quotation Cost to Remedy the Loss of Income and Cost To Company for Any Service Rendered also in the Event where our time was used to secure the Material, the Remaining Amount will paid into their account within 24 to 48 Hours thus enabling us to work out the amounts owed to the Client and we will also arrange Delivery of the Client's material at the Expense of the Client. We wil not be held liable or accountable for miscommunication or any material that is on our premises when the Client is liable to arrange transportation and the charge thereof will be at the expense of the Client. The Client can not expect a Full Deposit back into their account in the event when a service is terminated , we do understand that our Clients want to have assurance of their money's that was paid into our account however we cannot do the work and not be paid for our time and cost to company the Remedy is A Financial Payment as there are Expenses we need to cover and also those who are employed by us, We are a Registered Service Provider and we cannot be held accountable for your Actions or Decision making , there are Weather Elements that Prohibits us from Working and we in Good faith will Discuss that with our Clients to come about a solution. for us and our Client This Terms and conditions are set in place to protect the image of the Company and the Dignity of all who is employed within the Company and to protect our Rights in the event of any legal action that might be taken against us or Vise Versa
