This year, I proudly celebrate six years of service with Liberty, an organization that has empowered me to make a profound impact on the lives of individuals, employees, and employers.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, lies a profound opportunity to foster meaningful relationships with clients, providing emotional support and guidance during life's most challenging moments. Witnessing clients navigate difficult diagnoses and health setbacks can be heartbreaking, yet it strengthens the bonds we share – bonds that transcend the traditional client-service provider dynamic.

Few people discuss the emotional toll of attending a client's funeral or the sense of loss that accompanies it. Nevertheless, these experiences have deepened my commitment to this career and instilled a profound sense of purpose.

As I reflect on the past six years, I am filled with gratitude and humility. I look forward to continuing this journey, driven by a passion to transform lives and create lasting impacts for years to come – at least another 20 years, and beyond.
