Think Honey Is Just for Tea & Toast? Think Again!
That golden jar in your cupboard can do a whole lot more.

Try a drizzle of honey…
-In homemade salad dressings
-Over roasted vegetables
-With yoghurt, granola or oats
-On a cheese board
-Over fresh fruit
-Or, of course, in your favourite cuppa!

Sometimes just a little honey is all it takes to turn something simple into something seriously delicious.

How do you use honey at home? Tell us your favourite – we might just have to try it!

Are You Storing Your Honey Correctly?

Good honey deserves a little TLC!
Keep your honey tightly sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. And if your honey starts to crystallise? Don’t throw it away!

Crystallisation is a completely natural process and doesn’t mean your honey has gone bad. Simply place the jar in warm water and gently allow those beautiful golden crystals to soften again.

A little care goes a long way towards keeping every spoonful delicious.

Bee Things Tip: Honey doesn’t need to live in the fridge!
