The transit-orientated developments include the Bus Rapid Transit system, Rea Vaya, which will have fast, safe and affordable mobility along the corridors.

This has been an extremely exciting journey for us. To leave our corporate careers to pursue a vision that is greater than ourselves has been extremely fulfilling and probably one of the craziest ventures that we have taken on, but it has not been easy.
Being an entrepreneur means doing things that most people will frown at or question (especially in the beginning) because they don’t see the vision, they don’t understand the game plan, they don’t understand risk, and they fear the discomfort of financial insecurity.
This has been pretty real for us. Investing in run down properties, painting and branding walls in townships, speaking with locals in our target communities, and working extra long hours has raised many questions, but we know that disrupting an industry will raise questions.
But for us chasing the vision has been one of greatest motivators thus far. A vision that will bring change to South Africa, create thousands of employment opportunities and inspire a generation to become financially free.

We got these stencils made by Three Cube to increase our efficiency when branding and painting walls that we believe are strategic (and high traffic) locations for our property developments. We secured our first wall on a busy high-way just outside of Johannesburg, and have already plastered the wall. Now we are ready to get some colour and webuyprop.com branding on it.
