That Friday Feeling deserves a cocktail recipe…
The Elephantom Rum Mojito is just that
50ml Elephantom Rum
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Demerara Sugar Syrup
Handful of Mint Leaves
Soda Water
In a highball glass express the mint leaves and gently muddle three lime wedges. Add the rum, fresh juice and sugar syrup. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and churn the ingredients to mix well. Continue adding crushed ice while mixing until the liquid fills 3/4 of the glass then top with sparkling water. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel, fresh mint and a dusting of icing sugar.
