𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
Scottfin Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Scottburgh Branch within the Non-Life Insurance industry.
This role is ideal for a driven and client-focused professional with strong Taxi Insurance marketing and underwriting experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio while maintaining exceptional client service standards and embracing Treating Customers Fairly principles.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Achieve retention and new business targets
• Manage and grow the existing and new Taxi client portfolio
• Oversee portfolio profitability, marketing activities and reporting
• Adhere to company operating procedures and best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, taxi associations and key stakeholders
• Proactively manage client queries and complaints through to resolution
• Deliver professional and effective client service at all times
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum NQF4 qualification and FAIS compliant
• Regulatory Exam (RE5) completed
• Valid driver's licence
• Minimum 2 years Taxi marketing and underwriting experience
• Registered Representative (not under supervision) for Personal and Commercial Lines
• Matric certificate
• Up-to-date CPD hours
• Up-to-date Class of Business training (Personal and Commercial Lines)
• Product Specific Training completed
• Meet all Fit and Proper requirements
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, isiZulu and Xhosa
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Effective time management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Integrity and professionalism
