This Women’s Month, we’re proud to honour the remarkable women of Malander - their talent, leadership and invaluable contributions to our business, our clients and the people around them.

Today, we celebrate Ruanne Anthony and Shaveera Bhagirathi John, two of the women whose leadership continues to shape Malander. 🌸

Ruanne reminds young women not to simply seek a seat at the table, but to shape the conversation through courage, integrity, compassion and continuous learning.

Shaveera encourages women never to let their confidence lag behind their competence. Technical expertise matters, but so does the confidence to speak up, ask difficult questions and use your voice to influence change.

They both believe leadership and finance are about more than numbers. They are about people, relationships, opportunity and helping others believe in their own potential.
