Is there anything that Credit Guarantee doesn't cover?
Yes. Like all insurance products, trade credit insurance is subject to specific terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions. Coverage depends on the policy purchased and the circumstances of each claim.
Examples of matters that may not be covered, or may be subject to specific policy conditions, can include disputed debts, fraudulent transactions, sanctions-related restrictions, and certain political or catastrophic events.
Cover may also be limited or unavailable for certain categories of buyers or transactions, depending on the policy terms and underwriting requirements.
Before extending credit to a customer, it is important to review your policy wording and confirm the scope of cover, applicable limits, conditions, and exclusions with Credit Guarantee.
