Death isn't easy to deal with. Having the absolutely awful experience of watching my husband die and not being able to save him leaves life long trauma.

My advice is to seek therapy. Don't try doing it without mental health assistance from a professional.

The need for a Last Will & Testament cannot be emphasized enough!!! It's not only the old that die. Dying intestate causes complications.

Individual Wills are the best way to go, as the original has to be lodged with the Master.

A Living Will is also recommended along with your Last Will & Testament.

It's a good thing that we don't know which day will be our last, but for those left behind, you can give them a final gift of having all your ducks in a row. That's why I started Estate File ZA.
