Job title: Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank Manager
Main duties: Managing the Co-operative Bank at operational and strategic level
Key performance Areas:
•Manage Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank at an operational and strategic level.
•Manage all the finance of Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank in line with acceptable accounting procedures.
•Manage the IT system and all other Equipment's and systems.
•Manage the Human Resources component of Ziphakamise CBI.
•Help in the marketing of Ziphakamise CBI products.
•Responsible for the management, development and presentation of reports to the Board and it's committees in line with the constitution.
•Prepare annual financial statement.
•Develop and monitor financial policies and procedure.
•Ensure monthly and quarterly reports to the board and committee meeting.

Requirements minimum qualification :
•Matric(NQF level 4) plus diploma or certificate (NQF level 5) in Business Management or relevant certificates
•Pastel certificates (Advantageous)
•Bachelors Degree in Accounting (Advantageous)
•Add advantage Financial cooperative Management certificates
Required work experience:
•At least 3-4 years work experience where atleast 2 years experience in supervisor level or junior level management
•Knowledge of experience in Cooperative Bank (advantageous)
•Pastel payroll experience
