Administrative Accounts Position Available:

Duties will include:

• Dealing with various clients.
• Cashbook processing and Bank
reconciliation for various entities.
• Processing of Journals.

Payroll:
• Processing and Reconciliations
• Workmen’s Compensation
Returns and Audits

Requirements:
• Proficiency on Pastel Accounting
Software
• Knowledge of Pastel Payroll would be
an advantage.
• Knowledge of Debtors and Creditors.
• Understanding of Sars requirements &
E -filing.
• Friendly and Professional Disposition
• Computer Literacy.
• Experience on office programs (excel,
Word, outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, as well as
part of a team.
• Good command of English –
both written and verbal.(preference given
to bilingual candidates Eng/ Afrikaans)
• Basic VAT understanding will be an
advantage.

Bookkeeper Required

Duties will include, amongst others:
• Dealing with various clients.
• Cashbook processing and Bank Reconciliation for various entities.
• Processing of Journals.
• Fixed Assets & Asset Register Maintenance
• Vat, including:
o Processing
o Completion and submission of returns on SARS E-Filing
o Handing of VAT Audits
• Dealing with Sars in all aspects, as well as appointments.
• CIPC Functions
• Payroll, including:
o Processing and Reconciliations
o EMP201 & EMP501 Returns on SARS E-Filing and EasyFile
• Workmen’s Compensation Returns and Audits

Requirements:
• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance is preferable.
• Proficiency on Pastel Accounting Software
• Knowledge of Pastel Payroll would be advantageous.
• Cash book processing and Bank Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Debtors and Creditors.
• Understanding of Sars requirements & efiling.
• Friendly and Professional Disposition
• Organised & displays attention to detail.
• Computer Literacy.
• Experience on office programs (excel, word, outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Good command of English – both written and verbal.
(Preference given to bilingual candidates English / Afrikaans)

Preference will be given to those that have obtained or are in the process of BCom Accounting degree.

In order for infants to develop spoken language, they must have access to SOUND!
This is why hearing is screened at BIRTH. All babies who do not pass their newborn hearing screen or re-screen should have a complete hearing test before 3 months of age in order to make informed choices on the intervention that fits the family’s needs.
Per CDC guidelines:
🚼 All babies need a hearing screening before they are 1️⃣ month old
🚼 All babies who do not pass the first screening should have a complete hearing test before 3️⃣ months of age
🚼 All babies with hearing loss should begin intervention services before 6️⃣ months of age
