(*) ANNOUNCEMENTS (*)
> At this stage, we are waiting for programmers to finish their work next week and we will be able to work again as programmers’ deadline is next week.
> There are some details, but will not be able to share them as the model needs to be tested first.
> We need to create a model that will allow us to move forward and also allow us that everyone who provided help to be paid.
> The model will ensure that everyone who provided help will be paid, and it’s our first priority.
> Dynamically, is the rule that will be used to pay. It can be negative( - [less than 0] ) or positive( + [greater than 0] ) but that will determine those who provided help how much they will be able to be paid. Atleast they will be able to get something. These dynamics include growth, active participation in the community etc.
> It is impossible that someone who provided help will not be paid in the new model. That’s our target.
> A lot of these copy cats they are crashing. See how they leave.
> I understand your feelings. I really apologize, you can see even more people are being paid their old mavros. We beg a pardon for all the inconveniences that we have made.
> You will be able to see the new model; how it works and, you will be able to see the progress.
> We will be able to gain trust. Even if it’s slowly, it will work.
> What we expect is, it will be part by part. I do not want to give details that will not correspond to reality. Let us wait for it and we will see.
> The major responsibility is “being sustainable”.
> Programmers are expected to finish by next week, and on the 24th of January, we will be able to see the movement.
> Some of them, we will take their statuses away before we resume. They will no longer be a guider.
> First of all we will resume payment of old mavros. ( When people PH, 10% of what the community has PHed will be taken to pay old mavro. )
> First let us check the new model, and we hope it will be sustainable. More people will be able to come back to us.

> Next week, programmers will implement the new model technically, then from there, South Africa will be able to resume. Estimated 1 week for programmers to implement, then another 1 week for programmers to introduce new model to South Africa.
> We will definitely post the news. I think it will be great for you, I hope. Keep fighting until we win, until we get what we want.
