This usually happens after losing money, overtrading, or putting too much pressure on yourself to recover losses quickly.

To overcome trader’s block, a trader should:

* reduce risk and trade smaller lot sizes,
* avoid forcing trades,
* focus on quality setups only,
* follow a clear trading plan,
* take breaks when emotionally overwhelmed,
* and rebuild confidence through discipline, not profits.

Trader’s block is normal and happens to many traders. The key is to stay patient, manage emotions, and focus on consistency instead of trying to recover losses fast.
