Celebrating a win that belongs to all of us! 💙

Recently, Garagesure was honoured at the Lireas Conference, where we received two awards that I am incredibly proud of.

My entire team wasn’t there with me when I had the privilege of accepting them but I made sure that everyone in the room knew something that was very important to me: These awards were not achieved by one person. We achieved them together.

Awards recognize results but behind those results are people. People who work hard. People who care about what they do. People who have embraced change, tackled challenges, supported one another and kept moving forward, even on the difficult days.
Every person around this table has played a part in how far Garagesure has come and in the business we are continuing to build.

There have been plenty of challenges along the way and there will no doubt be more. But one of the things I am most proud of is the team we have become through it all. We work hard, we learn, we adapt and we keep showing up for each other and for our business.

I may have had the privilege of accepting the awards on behalf of team Garagesure but the achievement belongs to all of us.

So today, a team lunch to celebrate was definitely in order!

To my team - thank you. Thank you for your commitment, your resilience, your ideas, the laughs, the extra effort and all those little things you do every day that don't necessarily make it into a report or onto an awards stage, but that makes all the difference.

I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved but even more excited about what we are still building together.
