About Us:
We are a reputable assessing company specializing in vehicle damage assessments and insurance-related services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Write-Off Clerk to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage vehicle write-off files accurately and efficiently
* Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, and salvage agents
* Maintain and update records of all write-off vehicles
* Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company and insurer requirements
* Handle administrative duties related to write-off claims
* Follow up on outstanding documents and approvals
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role (insurance or assessing environment preferred)
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Advantageous:
* Knowledge of vehicle assessing or salvage processes
* Experience working with insurance claims systems
