- Test your vehicle tracking system.
- Have your tracking company and SAPS emergency contact
details stored in your phone or memorized.
- Report the incident to the SAPS within 24 hours and notify your
insurance within 30 days of the loss.
- Test your battery on your home alarm.
- Always activate your alarm when you are not at home.
- Regularly inspect your perimeter and fencing for any signs of
tampering.
- Remove any rubble that might be used as indicators.
