Call Centre Agent – Short-Term Insurance (Personal Lines)
📍 LOCATION: SILVER LAKES, PRETORIA EAST
Office-based position at Silver Lakes Office Park.
We are looking for an experienced, FAIS-accredited Call Centre Agent to join our team!
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ RE5 passed
✅ Class of Business: Short-Term Insurance Personal Lines completed
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance sales or quoting, preferably in a call centre
✅ Valid DOFA with proof
✅ Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective clients and conduct needs analyses.
• Obtain and compare home and motor insurance quotes.
• Recommend suitable cover based on clients' needs and affordability.
• Meet sales targets and follow up on quotes.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with FAIS, TCF, POPIA and F**A requirements.
Advantageous: NQF Level 4 FAIS qualification, multi-insurer quoting platform experience and additional South African languages.
💼 Employment: Permanent, full-time
💰 Salary: Market-related basic salary plus incentives.
