Full Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer
About the Role
We’re building a new digital marketing division and are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual ex*****on across multiple brands within our group.
You’ll work closely with a Digital Media Manager to create high-performing marketing assets, shape brand identity, and support campaign performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, ads, and social media
Develop and maintain brand identity across multiple companies
Collaborate on campaign strategy and translate it into effective visual ex*****on
Create assets for paid media, websites, landing pages, and content marketing
Ensure consistency, quality, and performance across all visual outputs
Contribute to creative direction and continuously improve design standards
Requirements
3–5+ years experience in graphic design (digital-focused)
Strong portfolio demonstrating **campaign, ad, and brand work
Proficiency in industry tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Understanding of performance-driven design (what converts, not just what looks good)
Ability to work across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of output
